Khan Noonien Singh's (Ricardo Montalban) burned head makeup appliance and wig from Nicholas Meyer's Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Khan was mortally wounded during his battle with Captain James T. Kirk (William Shatner) and the crew of the Enterprise in the Mutara Nebula, which led him to declare the iconic line "For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee" through his burned mouth.

This rubber makeup appliance originated directly from the estate of Dione Taylor, who worked as a hairdresser on the film. It is hand-painted amber and brown to resemble burned flesh with silver-color hair applied throughout and a matching mullet-style wig affixed to its top right side. Also included are a styrofoam bust for stability. The appliance has left some color staining in the wig and exhibits some sticky residue from age.
