A Ceti eel from Nicholas Meyer's sci-fi sequel Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Khan Noonien Singh (Ricardo Montalban) implanted mind-controlling desert eels into Cmdr. Chekov's (Walter Koenig) and Capt. Terrell's (Paul Winfield) ears.

This lot consists of a cast foam eel painted brown with details including legs, pincers, and yellow eyes. This style of eel was used in close-up shots just prior to entering Chekov and Terrell's ears, and would have been covered in a slimy substance to obfuscate the fact that the eyes were painted on. The foam has dried with age and exhibits cracking and paint chipping. Dimensions: 10.5 cm x 4 cm x 2.75 cm (4.25" x 1.5" x 1")
