A lieutenant rank Operations division Starfleet female maroon uniform jacket with Command division undershirt from David Carson's sci-fi sequel Star Trek: Generations. It was worn by officers in Starfleet's service circa 2270-2350 in various configurations.

This uniform consists of a maroon wool single-breasted jacket with snap closures and tan poly-cotton paneled chest interior; a Command division white poly-blend turtleneck with a rear zip closure; and a leather belt with a brass-color metal Starfleet emblem buckle. The jacket features an Operations division gold-color shoulder stripe with a Lieutenant rank metal pin and a metal twist-lock fastener. The metal Starfleet emblem is attached at the left chest with a pin backing. This costume exhibits discoloration, glue marks, and loose threads.
