In the episodes, Burnham wears her command uniform while serving as first officer aboard the Shenzhou. The costume consists of blue cotton-spandex blend jacket marked "#1 Michael" with a magnet in the chest to attach a badge and gold striping, zippers, and embellishments; matching blue and gold pants marked "#1"; and a pair of black leatherette boots with gold soles and gold delta attachments added to complete the costume. The costume is in good overall condition with some wear to the boots.
