A Pair of Prototype Stompers with Jumpers from Robert Rodriguez's 2011 action adventure, Spy Kids: All the Time in the World. In the film, twins Rebecca (Rowan Blanchard) and Cecil (Mason Cook) must stop the Timekeeper (Jeremy Piven) from bringing about the end of time with the help of their spy step-mother Marissa (Jessica Alba) and spy-hunter father Wilbur (Joel McHale). A pair of Stompers is given to Cecil by former Spy Kid Carmen (Alex PenaVega) when he and his sister first arrive at the OSS headquarters. This pair was likely used in the development of the Stompers used in the film.
These prototype Stompers are modified boot sections of Kangaroo-Jumps exercise boots. The prototype are comprised of boots with a hard grey plastic shell, black and blue plastic adjustable straps, and a soft fabric liner attached to plastic shocks. The boots feature several foam rubber and resin applications painted to appear metallic, red and black wires running up and down the tongue, and wires painted to appear metallic connect the foam rubber applications around the heel.
The boots do have some production damage including scuffs, and chips to paint, application, and the boots themselves. However they remain in good, production-used condition.
