Scene Reference: A Bob Monkhouse puppet head from Peter Fluck, Roger Law and Martin Lambie-Nairn’s satirical television series Spitting Image. Monkhouse featured in several episodes, including the third episode of the eighth series when he presented “Pratathon 90’” and asked members of the public how they raised money.
