A pyjama costume set from the 2002 action adventure: Spider-Man. Mary Jane Watson is your 'average girl next door', that is until Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) is bitten by a radioactive spider and turns her life around.
The costume comprises a pair of unsized white pyjama bottoms with a pink, yellow and red floral pattern. They feature an elasticated waistband and drawstring tie and are in good production condition. The tank top is fuchsia pink and shows intentional wear with some bobbling to the front and showing a small hole to both the front right breast bone area and four ripped holes to the right and left of the torso at the back- these were from where the harness was attached. There is a small handwritten 'J A' on the inside neckline.
The light pink bathrobe comes with its belt and is again unsized, showing intentional set distress with various marks to each sleeve and the body, with two rip-holes on each side just above the belt loops. Completing this costume is a pair of light pink towelling slippers size 'large 8-9'. These again show intentional wear with darkened marks all over – not surprising when you consider what Mary Jane went through! This costume also comes with the original studio C.O.A, as well as this you will also receive a colour 8”x10” photograph of Mary Jane falling. Will Spidey save her in time...?
