Harry Osborn's (James Franco) dagger from Sam Raimi's 2004 action sequel, Spider-Man 2. In the film, Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) struggles to find the balance between his personal life and that of his alter ego, Spider-Man when scientist, Doc Ock (Alfred Molina) begins to terrorize New York City with his bio-mechanical arms.
After Doc Ock delivers a captured Spider-Man to Harry, he wields his dagger in an attempt to exact his revenge and kill him. Stunt weapons such as this piece are commonly used for distance shots where a hero piece is not needed; they are lighter and therefore easier for the actors to handle. The dagger is made of dense urethane and is sculpted to depict a braided grip and intricate designs along the hilt and pommel.
The dagger has a silver finish and shows minor signs of wear from production use and age, but it remains in great overall condition.
