Eve's (Natasha Henstridge) restraint chair from Peter Medak's sci-fi horror sequel Species II. Scientists restrained Sil's clone, Eve, to experiment on her hybrid DNA.

This custom-designed rolling metal chair was later modified for use as River's (Summer Glau) restraint chair in Joss Whedon's Serenity. In its modified state, it features a large steel headpiece with maroon vinyl padding, black vinyl armrests, blue nylon straps, and leg clamps. The rubber footrest exhibits tearing, one strap's end is cut and fraying, and the metal exhibits distinctive scratches from use. Dimensions: 25" x 30" x 72" (62.5 cm x 76.25 cm x 183 cm)
