The doorman takes one look and calls them riff-raff. Mickey glances back over his shoulder and delivers an "Oh Boy!" that only Mickey could make sound like a victory. This drawing captures him at exactly that moment, carrying all the bounce and forward momentum of a character who is absolutely delighted to be somewhere he probably should not be.
