A full-size Chip Hazard (Tommy Lee Jones) paint test head from Joe Dante's Small Soldiers. This head was used as a paint test for the Chip Hazard heads of the wearable costumes of the film's titular commandos that were created during post-production to promote the film at the Small Soldiers: Behind-The-Scenes Experience at Universal Studios. One such costume was used in the film in a pick-up shot of the presentation of the new Commando Elite product line where an actor in a full-size Chip Hazard costume walked into the scene and stood amongst the products being presented.

This rubber head has been filled with solid foam to allow it to be placed on a stand and was airbrushed with a glossy finish and a high level of detail, including peach-color skin, gray hair, and blue eyes. It has holes in the bottom from previous mounting, and exhibits some scuffing and paint loss. Dimensions: 17" x 13" x 12.5" (43.25 cm x 33.25 cm x 31.75 cm)
