An original hand-painted production cel from the "Fly vs Fly" segment of the "Treehouse of Horror VIII" episode of The Simpsons.

A parody of the 1958 horror film The Fly starring Vincent Price, this episode begins with Homer buying a matter transporter from Professor Frink at a yard sale. Naturally, Homer uses the transporter for everyday activities such as going upstairs. Bart, however, sees an opportunity to gain superhuman powers by using the device to merge with a fly. It backfires when Bart ends up swapping heads with the insect.

This cel of Homer chasing Bart with an axe is the very last shot of the segment. Presented framed against a presentation background, this cel bears the 20th Century Fox seal in the bottom corner. Dimensions (framed): 49.5 cm x 43 cm x 1.5 cm (19.5" x 17" x 0.5")
