A set of printed storyboards with a Jack Johnson autograph from John Badham's Short Circuit. The robot Number "Johnny" 5 (voiced by Tim Blaney) struck by lightning developed self-awareness and evaded capture to convince his creator he was alive.

Created by film illustrator Jack Johnson, this lot consists of 34 pages of printed storyboards including the scene of Johnny 5 staring at the stars and understanding an ink blot. The scene page marked "Sc. 139 EXT. SMILEY'S SALOON" features Johnson's signature rendered in black ink. This lot exhibits stains to the bottom corner and minor page creases. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" x 0.25" (21.75 cm x 28 cm x 0.75 cm)
