Mr Hertz's (Paul Giamatti) Desert Eagle from Michael Davis' 2007 action film Shoot 'Em Up.

Mr Hertz used his pistol throughout the film and notably had it turned against him by Mr Smith (Clive Owen) in the abandoned warehouse after Smith helps deliver the baby. This weapon is made from hard rubber and finished in silver to resemble satin nickel with a black textured grip. Its exterior has been covered in details to make it look like an authentic Desert Eagle Mark XIX, including the engraved name, serial numbers, and the words ‘Made in Israel with the Israel Military Industries emblem on the grip. The gun also features a clear oval latex sticker and a smaller oval bump on one side of the grip, which is described as a “state of the art” thumbprint safety device and an authorisation light.

The weapon displays minor scratches and scuffs from production use and otherwise remains in excellent condition.
