A Red Ruby Ring from Russell Mulcahy's 1994 adaptation, The Shadow. In the film, playboy Lamont Cranston (Alec Baldwin) terrorizes the criminal underworld as the masked vigilante, the Shadow. Rings of this style can be seen worn by Lamont and the citizens he saves, as they become agents of the Shadow in repayment.
This ring is cast in pewter, with a large oval 'ruby' in the center. Two rows of rope detail filigree encircle the stone. On either side of the ring, an exotic symbol has been carved through the metal. This ring is featured in a black felt ring box.
This item features some signs of wear from production use and age, including some slight discoloration of the metal, but remains in overall excellent condition.
