Detective David Mills' (Brad Pitt) pinstripe suit from David Fincher's Se7en. Mills wore his pinstripe suit while he investigated a string of grisly murders alongside retiring veteran officer William Somerset (Morgan Freeman), most notably as they investigated the murder revolving around gluttony.

With its bleak and grimy aesthetic, Fincher's Se7en is considered among the landmarks in the reinvention and invigoration of film noir in the late 20th century. As a result, its central detectives and their distinctive costumes have been seen in marketing material and critical discourse for decades since its theatrical release.

This costume consists of a black pinstripe wool Brooks Brothers jacket with matching trousers; a bass fish-patterned red silk Field & Stream necktie; a white cotton Studio Tokyo button-up shirt (size XL); and a pair of black cotton crew socks. This lot exhibits discolouration around the shirt collar and pilling on the wool suit.
