A Stab-A-Thon attendee's Ghostface mask and costume from Wes Craven's Scream 4. Avid fans of the Stab cult movies wore Ghostface fancy dress costumes when attending the secret Stab-A-Thon screening party where Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox) snuck in to investigate. Retail versions of the Fun World costumes and masks were purchased by production for the extras to wear in the movie marathon scene.

The black-and-white rubber Easter Unlimited, Inc. mask features an elongated screaming face with black mesh on the eyes and an affixed black hood. The inside of the mask has "Jenny," "SC IV," and "217" handwritten in black ink. Completing the lot is a black polyester hooded robe marked as "Fits Size 12-14". The mask exhibits several marks, and the ink inside is visible on the exterior. There are loose threads and pulls on the robe.
