A Ghostface mask from Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett's slasher sequel Scream. Killers wearing Ghostface masks tormented and murdered the residents of Woodsboro. The mask, originally based on Edvard Munch's The Scream, has become one of the most iconic villain disguises in film history.

The mask is made of rubber and has an attached black cotton hood. "MTV Edition #21" is handwritten in ink on the back of the chin. It comes with a letter of authenticity signed by R.J. Torbert, licencing director of Fun World, the company that originally developed the Ghostface mask for sale in novelty stores, and which licences the masks to the production. This states that the mask was used on the sets of both Scream (2022) and the Scream TV series.
