Irwin Wade's (Giovanni Ribisi) medic costume from Steven Spielberg's Oscar-winning World War II epic Saving Private Ryan. Wade wore his uniform while serving as a medic under Captain Miller (Tom Hanks) during their mission to retrieve Private Ryan (Matt Damon) from behind enemy lines.

This U.S. military green uniform features a jacket with a "Rangers" patch, a white Red Cross armband and cuffs stained with stage blood; a green dress-uniform shirt with a "Rangers" patch; dress-uniform trousers; a stained jacket and combat trousers (both labelled "Wade"); puttees; leather boots; and a metal medic's helmet. Also included in the lot is a military backpack containing a dark green polyester blanket; intentionally dirtied white wool socks, white cotton boxer shorts, and a white T-shirt; a plastic deodorant; and a foldable wooden and metal spade.

Two metal water canteens and a portable cooking pan are carried in buttoned pockets that hang from the backpack's straps, while another pocket contains a degraded pack of Lucky Strike cigarettes. The cooking pan houses another pair of socks and cutlery. The costume is stored in two separate bags. The front chest pocket on the right side of the stained jacket exhibits partial ripping.
