A copy of Etheline Tenenbaum’s (Anjelica Huston) book, Family of Geniuses, from Wes Anderson’s 2001 comedy, The Royal Tenenbaums. The film follows the dysfunctional, estranged family, the Tenenbaums, as their separate lives collide for the first time sense childhood. This book is written by the family’s matriarch with copies seen in the film to highlight the emphasis she put on their education and their early success because of it.
The book features a custom made dust jacket on Epson paper artwork on the front cover and spine while the rest remains white. The cover features the three Tenenbaum children facing a sea of reporters, as seen in the film. The jacket is wrapped around a hardcover copy of Victoria Lipman’s, Leaving Alva. The piece measures 9”x6”x1” (23cm x 15cm x 3cm) and is in good condition.
