A Production Used Clapperboard from Stuart Millar's 1975 western sequel to True Grit, Rooster Cogburn. In the film, Marshal Rooster Cogburn (John Wayne) unwillingly teams up with Eula Goodnight (Katharine Hepburn) to track down her father's killers. This classic wooden clapperboard has "Universal Studios" printed in white ink at the top left, and has been wrapped in tape with handwritten notation. This clapperboard was used by the 2nd unit under the direction of Michael Moore, and also notates Rexford Metz as the cameraman, and the production ID number issued by Universal, 02078. Dated September 28, 1974, this clapperboard shows signs of wear due to production use and age, including scuffs to the wood and tears in the tape, however it remains in otherwise good used condition.
