A French Soldier's helmet from Ridley Scott’s take on the classic folklore Robin Hood (2010) starring Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett. Helmets such as this were worn by soldiers during the various battle sequences in the film including the opening scenes when Richard the Lionheart (Danny Huston) is attacking a French fort. Made from durable vinyl, the helmet is sprayed metallic dark brown with band of ‘metal’ around the bottom which are held on with fake rivets and a nose guard at the front. There is no padding inside for the actor who had to wear it, but does have a leather thong to keep it secure atop their head. This great action piece from the movie measures 20cm x 23cm x 22cm (7.75” x 9” x 8.75”) approximately and there is some slight distress however it is in overall excellent
