A shield from Ridley Scott’s 2010 retelling of the legendary tale Robin Hood.
Shields of this style were held by soldiers of King Phillip of France. The shield is made from canvas stretched over foam and wood with metal bolted to the bottom tip; it features leather straps to be held on the forearm and hand and is painted blue with three yellow fleurs-de-lis. The shield shows wear from production use with paint degradation and rust from its time spent in storage, it remains in an otherwise good condition.Please be aware that the item you receive may appear slightly different to the image provided.
