Come Up and See Me Sometime! and Make Me A Star! a pair of artworks by British pop artist Robin Coleman, b. 1963 -
Both artworks, executed on wooden-backed canvases, combine multiple media, including hand-painted embellishments, collage cut-outs and even postal stamps. Their respective titles are handwritten on their reverse sides in black ink and have both been signed by Coleman. Celebrities from mid-20th-century Hollywood are collaged to form the backdrops. Make Me a Star! features Minnie Mouse as its centrepiece and Come Up and See Me Sometime! uses Daisy Duck. Dimensions (each canvas): 100 cm x 50 cm x 4 cm (39.25" x 19.75" x 1.5")
