Alice's (Milla Jovovich) red dress and shorts from Russell Mulcahy's 2007 action-horror sequel Resident Evil: Extinction.

Survivors of the Raccoon City disaster travel across the Nevada desert, trying to make it to the relative safety of Alaska, without being eaten by zombies.

Multiple Alice clones were put through a rigorous training program, replicating the events of the first film, in an attempt to unlock Alice's T-virus powers and create a cure for the zombie infestation. The costume consists of a red chiffon dress which is slightly gathered at the front, and a pair of maroon Lycra shorts. A zip fastening adorns the side of the dress and the front displays an asymmetric hemline. The shorts display several light marks, and the costume displays minor wear from production use. Overall it remains in an excellent condition.
