A bloodied Axeman (Ray Olubowale) costume display from Paul W.S. Anderson's Resident Evil: Afterlife with an axe replica. Axeman used his axe to infiltrate the Citadel Correction Facility where Alice (Milla Jovovich) and other survivors took refuge from the zombies. When he broke through, he attacked the group when they tried to escape through the sewer hole in the showers.

This costume consists of an executioner-style burlap sack head cover, a foam latex chest appliance with wooden nails in the shoulders, a canvas apron, rubber gloves, pants, and boots. This costume comes on a custom-made display mannequin, with stage blood on the hood and axe, attached to a base resembling tiled ground with metal hooks and a film plaque. Also included is an oversized foam, wood, and plastic replica of Axeman's axe added to complete the display. The axehead can be removed from the display. This lot exhibits ripped and crumbling foam.
