A blue fish head mask from the 2016 CBBC comedy tv series Rank the Prank.

The show sees prank-loving children team up with stunt performers, special-effect masters, and make-up artists to create hidden-camera pranks on the unsuspecting public. Made by professional prosthetics artist Shaune Harrison - whose credits include Star Wars: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace, World War Z, and Game of Thrones - this silicone full head mask takes the appearance of a fish-like creature with gills on either side of the head, four tentacles hanging from the mouth and chin, and a large running down the centre of the forehead to the back of the skull. It also features an opening seam at the back of the neck for ease of fitting over the performer’s head, two black plastic domes (with seeing holes cut out in the centre) that slot into the eye holes, nostril holes, and slits made where the ears should be so the performer can see, breathe and hear. The mask has been painted light blue with darker blues and purples to create veins and detailing and comes presented on a foam bust which displays the name ‘Joe’ handwritten on the back in black pen.

The mask exhibits minor wear from production use, including small tears by the corner of the mouth and neck, paint wear and glue residue around the eyes. Overall it remains in very good condition.
