A vinyl album sleeve for Radiohead's eighth studio album "The King of Limbs", autographed by the band's members, accompanied by an autographed Werchter Park ticket stub.

Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood have signed the front of the sleeve in black marker, while Colin Greenwood, Philip Selway and Ed O'Brien have signed it in gold marker. Yorke has signed the ticket stub for the gig in Werchter Park, Belgium in black marker. Dimensions: 26.25 cm x 26 cm (10.25" x 10.25")
