A clapperboard from the production of Franc Roddam's rock opera Quadrophenia.

This wooden clapperboard features the production name above the names of director Roddam and cinematographer Brian Tufano. The slate and take numbers are handwritten, but faded, on the front and "7 Dec 1978 Night Ext" is handwritten on tape adhered to the front. A piece of paper with "Cam (B) 16/10/78" and some additional handwritten annotations is adhered to the back with tape.

The clapperboard has wear from production use and age, most notably some cracking, paintwear, staining and rust. Dimensions: 35 cm x 38 cm x 1.5 cm (13.75" x 15" x 0.5")
