A Blade puppet from David DeCoteau's horror sequel Puppet Master: Axis of Evil. Blade was a mainstay of the Puppet Master series, created by André Toulon (William Hickey) using the soul of German surgeon Dr. Hess (Ian Abercrombie). He helped Danny (Levi Fiehler) as he tried to stop a Nazi plot to destabilise the American war effort.
The puppet is made of resin painted white to resemble bone, with wooden joints and limbs. Its head is mounted on a wooden rod that slots into the vacuum formed torso. The puppet has a blade for a right hand and a hook for a left hand, both of which are painted to resemble metal. It has white faux hair around the back of its head, and foam adhered to the front of the head. It is dressed entirely in black, with a removable hat. The puppet has some wear from production use and age, including scuffing, scratches and staining on the clothes. Its chest remains unpainted and displays traces of glue residue, and the eyes have been removed. Dimensions: 16 cm x 21 cm x 53 cm (6 1/4" x 8 1/4" x 20")
Estimate: £2,000 - 3,000 M
