Butch rummaged through the case in search of his father's watch while holed up in a hotel room with his girlfriend Fabienne (Maria de Medeiros). This suitcase screen-matches to a distinctive white marking on the side of this suitcase, as well as the alignment of the safety pin on this suitcase's interior.

This black vinyl hard-case suitcase features black and yellow nylon and leather straps and handles, an interior pouch punctured with a safety pin, a zipper pocket, and an exterior pocket.
