A science lab tripod light from Ridley Scott’s 2012 mystery sci-fi Prometheus.
Following clues to the origin of mankind, a team of explorers (Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron and Idris Elba) find a structure on a distant moon, but they soon realize they are not alone.
This item is a tripod light which can be spotted in the science lab, specifically when David (Michael Fassbender) is examining an alien vial. It is during this point in the film that he removes the black secretion used to infect Dr Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green).
This large set piece is made up of a two metal poles which have been moulded to circulate the lights, this allows for the piece to be attached to the ceiling. They have been painted white and joined so the light can be moved easily. Two of the lights have a handle, for easy repositioning. The lights have been painted silver and there is a control panel attached. The electronics remain untested for this item.
This specially designed item is in excellent production-used condition.
