A full-size rover hubcap from Ridley Scott’s 2012 sci-fi film Prometheus.
Led to a distant planet by ancient wall paintings, scientists Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) and Charlie Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green) join a corporate sponsored mission to discover the source of life on Earth. But in the ruins of an alien space craft, the human explorers soon find that all is not as it seems, and a great threat lurks in its deep holds.
This hubcap was used on one of the massive rover vehicles utilised by the Weyland Corp explorers on LV-223. Made of fibreglass, the hubcap has fixtures on the reverse for mounting them to the rover's wheels, with a metallic bronze finish. A caution sticker, distressed with dirt for use on the production, is attached on one of the arms.
Displaying signs of natural wear from use on the production including scratches to the paint finish, the piece remains in overall good condition.
Due to the large size of this piece, customers should request a shipping quote before ordering.
