Meredith Vickers' stunt spacesuit costume display from Ridley Scott's Prometheus. Meredith wore her spacesuit as she escaped the Prometheus in the escape pod to save herself from the ship being used as a self-destruct device to stop the Engineer (Ian Whyte) from targeting Earth.

Prometheus marked Ridley Scott's return to the Alien franchise, the prequel being the first new Alien film directed by Scott since the very first Alien in 1979. The film's visual aesthetic, including costumes and effects, were critically praised, earning the film an Academy Award® nomination for Best Visual Effects.

This lot consists of a black and blue neoprene bodysuit with orange rubber pipe detailing labelled "Vickers Stunt 2 Stephanie" featuring a Weyland Corp patch on the left arm; matching gloves with fastening strip enclosures; black nylon Baters boots (size 6) with grey resin and leather wrapped shin guards both marked for "IAN," and grey rubber shoe covers both marked for "IAN"; a black and grey resin and nylon utility belt with a fastening strip; and a grey resin armour piece marked "M1" with foam padding, light panels on the front and collar, and orange nylon buckles. This costume comes on a mannequin mounted to a sculpted foam base to resemble metal . This lot exhibits production-added distress, tearing material on the butt and inner thighs, broken buckles on the armour, and sympathetic restoration to the armour's collars.
