A Prototype Classic Predator Skull with Pincers from the Robert Rodriguez-produced 2011 sci-fi horror film, Predators. In the film, a group of human warriors are brought to an otherworldly planet where they are hunted by a vicious alien race known as Predators. This prototype was made for the scene in which the human survivors stumble upon a Predator encampment in the jungle.
The skull is sculpted out of a dense, polyurethane foam. It is sculpted to conceptualize the inside of a Predator’s head, with an insectoid form featuring an elongated front that comes to a point with two small teeth, and mandible with pincers. The mandible and pincers are not attached to the rest of the skull. The skull is unpainted.
This skull shows some minor wear due to age and storage, but it is in overall good condition.
