An oversized cursed Aztec medallion necklace from Gore Verbinski's Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. Young Elizabeth Swann (Lucinda Dryzek) stole young Will Turner's (Dylan Smith) necklace, resulting years later in their both being hunted by Captain Hector Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) and the crew of the Black Pearl to help release them from the ancient Aztec curse placed upon its gold medallion.

This is believed to be one of only five oversized medallions made by legendary propmaker Keir Lusby Props for close-up shots, though it was ultimately unseen in the final cut. Based on a real-world Aztec finial, it is plated in gold-colour, affixed with a ring for looping to a necklace, and cast with a skull-and-sun motif on front and a geometric pattern on back. The medallion is intentionally distressed by production to appear aged and ancient. It exhibits some flaking to its finish and minor stains.
