James Norrington's (Jack Davenport) Commodore medal and sword belt from Gore Verbinski's Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. During Norrington's promotion ceremony, he was presented with a sword and a medal displayed on a pillow, seen briefly as Governor Swann (Jonathan Pryce) removed the sword from the box. Later, Norrington wore both his medal and carried his sword in a belt he wore as he proposed to Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley).

This lot consists of one medal on a grosgrain ribbon, and one faux leather and embroidered ribbon belt with an attached sword frog. This lot exhibits pulled and frayed threads on the belt and grosgrain ribbon.
