The unsuspecting Blind Man is seen walking alone at night along the streets of London, but is unfortunate enough to find himself caught up in the chase between Pirate Captain and Charles Darwin during the attempt to rescue his beloved Polly from Darwin’s greedy grasp! His clothes and shoes are made from foam latex with the base of the shoes featuring a pair of metal plates in order for him to be positioned securely. The top of his head is resin and his rounded spectacles a combination of resin and plastic. His hands, hair and impressive grey beard are silicone and he also features a removable mouth piece made from ‘Rapid Prototyped’ resin which is secured underneath his beard using a small magnet allowing for maximum expression. The entire body of the Blind Man can be animated and posed via the intricate internal metal armature and wiring in the tails of his jacket. There is a small amount of cracking around his shoulders and knees but despite this he remains in excellent production used condition. He stands at approximately 34.5cm (13.5”) tall.

With a rag-tag crew at his side and seemingly blind to the impossible odds stacked against him, the Captain has one dream: to beat his bitter to the much coveted Pirate Of The Year Award. It's a quest that takes our heroes from the shores of exotic Blood Island to the foggy streets of Victorian London. Along the way they do battle with the pirate-hating Queen Victoria and team up with a young Charles Darwin, but never lose sight of what a pirate loves best: adventure!
