A limited edition fine art print showing an alternative cover artwork for Pink Floyd's album "A Momentary Lapse of Reason". The artwork was created by the late graphic designer Storm Thorgerson, known for many previous collaborations with Pink Floyd and work with other bands, including Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. This lot is part of the Rockarchive Collection.

This giclee print is from a limited edition of 40 and shows an extensive collection of hospital beds arranged on Saunton Sands in North Devon, the filming location of some scenes featured in "Pink Floyd - The Wall". The inspiration for the design came from a phrase in the track "Yet Another Movie". This version of the image does not feature a hang glider in the sky and shows a nurse making one of the beds. The print is presented on archival 310gsm cotton-based rag paper, is hand-numbered "39/40", and is signed by Thorgerson in pencil. Dimensions: 60.75 cm x 80 cm (24" x 31.5")
