Susan George says: ‘Dancing In The Dark’ is one of my favourites and part of The Spirit of Equus Collection exhibited in Harrods.
Description: An etching print titled “Dancing in the Dark” displayed initially as part of Susan George’s The Spirit of Equus Collection photographic exhibition. One of Susan’s passions is breeding purebred Arabian horses, demonstrated in her world-class stud farm, Georgian Arabians. Consisting of over 50 limited edition giclee prints, full-colour photographs and etchings, the collection featured Susan’s photography of horses and was first exhibited in Petley Fine Art Gallery in 2007 and later in Harrods in 2019. This piece was created by Susan using an age-old etching technique which involved developing one of her original photographs and printing it using special inks onto archival paper.
