General George Patton's (George C. Scott) military uniform from Franklin J. Schaffner's Patton. Patton wore his standard-issue dress uniform costume in various iterations throughout the film, including when General Omar Bradley (Karl Malden) gave him command of the Third Army for Operation Cobra.

Patton was nominated for 10 Academy Awards® in 1971, winning seven, including for Best Picture, Best Actor for Scott, and Best Screenplay for co-writers Francis Ford Coppola and Edmund H. North. The film went on to win an additional 15 awards from various other ceremonies throughout the years, and has endured among the greatest war films of all time.

This costume consists of an olive green wool suit jacket with an interior Western Costume Co. labeled "2847-2 #3 " for "George C. Scott" with chest measurement "44 1/2" and sleeve "18," and wool trousers that also feature an interior Western Costume Co. label for "2847-3 #5" for "George C. Scott" with a waist measurement "37 1/5" [sic] and inseam "31 1/4." The pants also have a "Western Costume Co. 37" stamped on the interior in white.

Ribbons, patches, three-star epaulets, and Overseas Service Bar replicas were added to the sleeves and shoulders to complete the display. This costume exhibits snagged threads and holes in the waistband lining of the pants.
