An arm-code laser scanner and remote control from the sci-fi thriller Pandorum starring Dennis Quaid. This and similar scanners can be seen in action when Bower (Ben Foster) needs to get into the ammo store to protect himself from whatever it is that's prowling the darkened corridors of the ship, and again when he and Nadia rush to restart the reactor before it fails. The laser itself is in a small box with different layers of plastic to reduce the intensity of the laser, and the remote control is used to move the laser up and down. This particular laser box has lost the capacity to rotate the beams, and is still a quirky working piece from the film. Box measures 20cm x 10cm (8" x 4") and is powered by a 9v battery.
