Missouri farmer Josey Wales joins a Confederate guerrilla group and goes on the run from Union soldiers who killed his family in this classic Western drama directed by and starring Clint Eastwood. This example is rolled and shows only occasional edge wear, with small border creases, a horizontal crease in the image area, and a small tear and crease on the left border. Despite these minor imperfections, this unrestored poster presents beautifully, showcasing one of the most iconic Western movie poster images from the 1970s.

Clint Eastwood's revisionist Western, in which he plays a vengeance-seeking guerrilla fighter, is often bloody and violent. But it is also equally optimistic, depicting a small community building up around Eastwood's Josey as they travel to Texas to create new lives for themselves.
