A Taylor 514-CE guitar used and owned by Noel Gallagher during his time in British rock band Oasis. The instrument (along with a rosewood Fender Telecaster) was purchased by iconic British cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins from Vintage & Rare Guitars in London in 2012. Gallagher used the guitar for studio recording sessions, songwriting while touring, and for warming up backstage before performances. He can be seen in an image with part of his collection, which he parted with in 2012, including this guitar in its case.

The guitar features a mahogany body with a Western Red cedar top, a mahogany neck, a tortoiseshell-style pickguard, and built-in ES2 electronics. A label visible inside the sound hole displays the serial number "990809107". The instrument retains Gallagher's original strings. The guitar is housed in a protective case bearing a strip of tape labelled "Taylor Noel G." and a Delta tag attached to the handle. The body displays minor marks consistent with use, and the case exterior shows light wear.

The lot is accompanied by a letter of provenance from Wiggins; a handwritten letter from Vintage & Rare Guitars dated 24/11/12; a signed letter of authenticity from Gallagher's guitar technician, Jason Rhodes; and a printed image of Gallagher seated with items from his collection, including this guitar.
