Noah Calhoun’s (Ryan Gosling) screen-matched costume from Nick Cassavetes’ 2004 romantic drama The Notebook.

Noah wore his costume when he and Allie (Rachel McAdams) argued outside Noah’s house about their relationship. The shirt screen-matches the one worn in the scene through the stitching and the way the pattern lines up. The costume consists of a shirt, trousers, vest and belt. The shirt is predominantly blue with a brown and white-striped pattern. It has a label in the collar reading ‘RG Nov. 2002’. The trousers are brown, the vest is white, and the belt is brown leather with a metal buckle. None of the items have any size labelling.

The costume has intentional distress to make it look well worn by the working-class Noah. The costume comes with a letter of authenticity signed by New Line Cinema president Jim Rosenthal. It remains in an excellent, production-used condition.
