A pair of angel wings used in the 2003 James Woods and Nick Nolte philosophical movie Northfork. These pieces are a pivotal prop in the movie, used to try and persuade the remaining residents of Northfork to leave before the new hydroelectric dam floods the entire town, and implied to have belonged to young Irvin. The wings are made from real white bird feathers attached to the front and back of two rubber bases with prop blood applied where the wings have been 'cut' from the juvenile angel's back. They come accompanied with a letter from the head of special effects on the film confirming their provenance as well as our own Certificate of Authenticity. Each piece measures approximately 46cm x 38cm (18" x 15") and are in good condition, unfortunately through storage a few feathers have come loose but are still kept with the original wings.
