A plaster Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund) rebirth head casting from Renny Harlin's horror sequel A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master. Krueger's skeleton was re-assembled in his junkyard grave during Ronald Kincaid's (Ken Sogoes) dream sequence.

This cast, the first pour from the original alginate mould, was created by R. Chris Biggs EFX Shop for the silicon mould for the reborn Krueger's prosthetic makeup. Included is a Letter of Authenticity from SFX makeup artist Scott Coulter. The cast exhibits scuffing and a split in the ear where plaster entered the mould's seamline. Dimensions: 45.75 cm x 25.5 cm x 38.25 cm (18" x 10" x 15")
