A Captain Scarlet (Wayne Forester) reference head sculpt from the production of Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet. Produced in so-called "Hypermarionation" - a humorous play on the groundbreaking Supermarionation animation style used on Anderson's classic 1960s series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons - the 2005 reboot also centered on Spectrum Captain Scarlet's attempts to defend Earth from an invasion of Mysterons.

This sculpt was created by production circa 2004 as a work-in-progress for the character's final design, then gifted by Anderson to an individual who sold the Captain Scarlet website domain to the production. Cast from resin from the original Captain Scarlet production clay sculpt, it is expertly painted to present the character's skin color, facial stubble, pink lips, and blue eyes.

A copy of Anderson's letter of gratitude to the original recipient accompanies the head, as does a display stand consisting of an acrylic base and cover. Dimensions: (in display) 6.5" x 8.5" x 13.5" (16.5 cm x 21.5 cm x 34 cm)
