Myth: Show Production Item

Reference: The MythBusters team utilized many props and equipment during their 13-year show run in which they tested and busted several myths, popular beliefs, or Internet rumors. Support items such as dummies and metal heads were produced to test the build team's inventions. Adam Savage donated his buster piece to the MythBusters auction.

Inventory Description: This lot consists of one damaged piece of "Buster" from Adam Savage's personal collection. Item was purposely damaged on the show, but remains in fair condition. Due to the nature of the show and the frequent use of the items, lots such as this one will show damage from production including but not limited to broken pieces, damaged surfaces and internal parts, and torn pages. Please review the full photograph sets to fully understand the condition of the lot.

Each lot is open for bidding for 14 days. If any bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of the Auction Period, the Auction Period will automatically be extended by five (5) additional minutes. Please note that the timer may reflect that the remaining Auction Period is "0" but the Auction Period has not concluded because it has been extended by a bid made within the last five (5) minutes. It is the bidder's responsibility to refresh the page to determine whether the Auction Period has been extended. In any event, the Auction Period for any lot shall not be deemed completed until it states "Closed."

100% of the Hammer Price proceeds from this auction will be donated to the Grant Imahara STEAM Foundation.
