This is a wallet and license from the popular TV series My Name Is Earl. Earl Hickey (Jason Lee) is a low-life who has a change of heart and decides to make amends for his chronic bad behavior. In the show, Earl can be seen using a wallet and license like this, as as well as using the list, as it is the main focus point for the series and all episodes.
This is a blue nylon, tri-fold wallet with a Velcro closure, featuring a Camden County license for Earl Hickey, printed on a piece of plastic card stock. The wallet measures 4" x 3" (10cm x 7cm), and best of all, this set features a piece of yellow lined paper with a inkjet printed list, measuring 8" x 11" (20cm x 27cm). All of these items are in good condition (see photos).
